This is a working space for my personal website. I am currently an associate Data Scientist at the J.P. Morgan Chase Institute.

What I’ve been working on lately..

1. In an attempt to rebuff my Python, webscraping, and geocoding skills, I attempted to explore the determinants of Fringe Bank location in my hometown of Chicago, starting with proximity to a traditional bank in this Jupyter Notebook.
2. Scrapping data on brewery production and revenue from the Alcohol & Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau [https://www.ttb.gov/beer/statistics], to generate the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index over time. [https://lmnathe.shinyapps.io/brew_app/]
3. Plotting a few google trend search results by DMA against the number of COVID-19 cases by month. [https://lmnathe.shinyapps.io/gtrendsapp/]. Note, the shinyApp currently takes about 30 seconds to launch.
